If the cash-flow of the business is in this condition she should not be trading as she is bankrupt. That is if what she is telling you is true... Just for a guide, when I was taking care of my mom a friend of mine would help out when I needed her and I paid her $50 a day to go over there 3 times a day to help her with dressing and fix her meals.
